KDB Kontakt – the telephone customer service of KDB Bank

If you want to conveniently, quickly and easily manage your finances, you do not have to stand in a queue at the bank branch office. Apply for KDB Kontakt service with which you can use the Bank’s services from anywhere.

KDB Kontakt service can be applied by the Bank’s clients, who already have payment accounts, and other corporates who are not yet the clients of the Bank.

Our clerks are at the disposal of the visitors, who are interested in the services of the Bank. Visitors can obtain general information without customer identification. After customer identification, it is possible to use certain services and initiate specified transactions with the help of KDB Kontakt administrator.

Free of charge phone number of KDB Kontak until December 31, 2017: +36 40 532 532. Normal tariff phone number from inland and abroad: +36 1 473 4440 and +36 1 379 9990.

The administrator of KDB Kontakt is available on every working day between 7.00 AM and 8.00 PM.

Services available via KDB Kontakt automatic system:*

  • Current account balance inquiry
  • Information on the last 10 transactions carried out on the account and booked and their details
  • Modification of telephone identification code
  • Apply for release of blocked phone identification code

  • Statement application
  • Certification application
  • Special exchange rate application
  • Release of blocked NetBank/Electra password, applying for new password

  • Information about collection on payment account

KDB Kontakt service can be applied personally at any of our branches, even with KDB NetBank service. The service is free of charge.
