In accordance with the Hungarian Bank Association we kindly ask our customers to act as written below:
- The utilization of digital and electronic platforms are strongly recommended
- In case of any symptoms of the virus please do not enter the bank’s customer service area,
- For public health reconsiderations please acknowledge that our customer services will only deal with the equal number of clients as staff is available
- Please keep minimum 2-meter distance from each other while waiting,
- As much as it is possible please minimalize the time and activity of your business
We have decided not to make our clients wait in the customer service area. Only the clients already being served can be present inside the service area, other clients are expected to wait inside or outside the main entrance door. The security guards are going to let you in when the next customer service clerk is available.
The ATMs at the branches work as usual.
