KDB Kontakt – the telephone customer service of KDB Bank

If you want to conveniently, quickly and easily manage your finances, you do not have to stand in a queue at the bank branch office. Apply for KDB Kontakt service with which you can use the Bank’s services from anywhere.

KDB Kontakt service can be applied by the Bank’s clients, who already have payment accounts, and other private persons who are not yet the clients of the Bank.

Our clerks are at the disposal of the visitors, who are interested in the services of the Bank. Visitors can obtain general information without customer identification. After customer identification, it is possible to use certain services and initiate specified transactions with the help of KDB Kontakt administrator.

Administrators of KDB Kontakt are available on bank working days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., on Wednesday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and if the Wednesday falls on a bank holiday, then on the first bank working day of the concerned week between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Services available via KDB Kontakt automatic system:*

  • Current account balance inquiry
  • Information on the last 10 transactions carried out on the account and booked and their details
  • Modification of telephone identification code
  • Apply for release of blocked phone identification code

Transactions initiated via KDB Kontakt administrator:*

  • Domestic HUF transfer, and cancellation of transfer
  • Internal HUF and FX transfer (with conversion)
  • Transfer between own accounts in HUF and FX
  • VIBER transfer
  • T-day conversion via own accounts
  • Standing order: new order, modification, cancellation
  • Direct debit order: limit modification, cancellation and cancellation of order in queue

KDB Kontakt service can be applied personally at any of our branches, even with KDB NetBank service. The service is free of charge.
